Why should I register?
Once you register, you can view your license(s) online.

What information do I need to register?
In order to register, you will need your USAPlants ID and your PIN. You will also need
your email address.

Where do I find my USAPlants Id and PIN?
Your USAPlants ID and PIN are printed on your renewal form.
If you do not have your renewal form, you can contact the department via email to obtain
your USAPlants Id and/or PIN.

I can't remember if I registered previously or not. What should I do?
Try registering again. If you were previously registered, the system will tell you. You
will need to contact your Alabama Department of Agriculture representative (Plant
Industries program directories can be found at
http://www.agi.alabama.gov/divisions/pesticide-management
).

What do I do if I forgot my password?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link, and supply either your USAPlants ID or username.
The system will email you your password.
If your email address has changed, you can contact the department via email.

I'm trying to logon using my USAPlants ID# and PIN, why won't it work?
Each firm must register before they can logon. To do this click the "register" button,
and fill out your firms' information using the USAPlants ID# and PIN. After this is
completed, you can then logon using the newly created User Name and Password.
Note: Only one email address can be used per firm.

Javascript disabled
I'm trying to click on the menu or mouse over it and nothing happens, why won't it work?
Background:
The website uses javascript to control the menu, report display, excel export, and mouse
clicks throughout the site. Without javascript this site (and most of the sites on the
internet) will not function correctly.
To enable javascript follow the instructions related to your browser.
Instructions to Enable Javascript based on browser:
Internet explorer 8-11
- click gear icon in upper right corner
- select "internet options" from gear menu
- select the security tab
- select the internet icon and click the "Custom Level" button
- A new window "security settings - Internet Zone" will appear.
- Scroll down until you find the "Scripting" heading
- Find the "Active Scripting" option and select the "Enabled" option.
- click the "OK" button to finalize your changes.
Chrome
- click wrench icon or three bar icon in upper right corner (to the right of the
address bar)
- select "settings" from menu
- click the "Show advanced settings..." at the bottom of the settings window
- click the "Content Settings..." button beneath the privacy heading
- the content settings window will appear
- Scroll down until you find the "Javascript" heading
- Select the "Allow all sites to run JavaScript" option
- click the "OK" button to finalize your changes.
Firefox  
***NOTE***FireFox does not easily support enabling/disabling
javascript
If JavaScript is
disabled in FireFox use Chrome or IE instead.

I'm trying to print a license or report and nothing happens, why?
Background:
The website uses javascript and pop-ups to request and display reports. Pop-ups and
javascript must be enabled for this site function correctly.
